We are currently seeking an experienced IT Customer Service Officer to provide exceptional customer service to the users of the Bedford computer network. The Role Reporting to the General Manager - ICT, this role is responsible providing excellent customer service to internal clients ensuring they can perform their roles efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Manage/respond to Helpdesk Tickets in a timely manner Maintain IT Asset Register for hardware and software Configure, deploy and maintain end user devices Maintain Users in appropriate IT systems Assist with the purchasing IT assets Level 1/2 support of business applications Maintain a safe work environment The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and self motivated with a strong client focus. You will possess well developed interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes. You will also enjoy dealing with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
